On arriving at London Heathrow from Penang on flights MH1165/MH002 and collecting our luggage I found one case had been pierced by a sharp object leaving a substance hole.
On going to the Baggage complaints desk I was told to contact Malaysia Airlines directing using the following email address: LHRMBAG@azzurralhr.it
I subsequently emailed Malaysian asking for a compensation claim form I have emailed them 3 times and to date have not received the courtesy of a reply.
I have also sent 4 emails to Enrich asking for help in pursuing this claim and only had 1 response saying they would attend to this and correspond - to date nothing. We also sent an email to Ground Handling ghm@malaysiaairlines.com and yet again no response. I find the attitude of Malaysia Airlines rude and ignorant.
Last year I travelled to Malaysia with my family I have now booked this year with Singapore Airline.
