This airline is without a doubt, the WORST airline I have ever travelled with. Absolutely awful customer service. Both my wife and I got sick from the food. We had a quick connection getting on our flight home and we asked the staff if our luggage had made it on the flight - which they confirmed it did - only to find out our luggage did not make the flight with us. We waited in our arrival city for almost an hour before they actually figured out our luggage was lost. They offered us absolutely nothing in terms of compensation for the lost luggage and toiletries we would have to replace. We had to email to ask for compensation - which put us in an endless loop of emails that we can only assume are being responded to by some sort of robot. It is now 3 months after returning, we still don’t have any compensation from them, and they are even pretending like they don’t even have record of previous correspondence. If you value your sanity, don’t ever travel this airline. Save a little extra money and travel with an airline that actually values its customers. If anything goes wrong, you will never be taken care of.
