Je déconseille absolument la compagnie avianca pour les vols internes en amérique du Sud. Mon vol a été annulé, j'ai perdu le circuit que j'avais réservé en amazonie et je n'ai reçu aucun compensation d'Avianca qui m'écrit 1 an après ma demande de remboursement

It is important to highlight that the compensation is not contemplated, you requested the refund of your ticket and this affectation also is considered external cause.
We consider pertinent to mention, when our travelers have additional and independent contracts, initially acquired with us, unfortunately if there are connection losses, hotel reservations, etc; it is not possible to exonerate or assume penalties in which the client must incur for terrestrial portions, maritime, lodging or similar.
We apologize for the inconveniences and the discomfort caused. We hope that these situations, will not be an impediment to continue assisting you in your future travel plans, and allow us to change the perception that is taken from our service due to these events.
