I had a luggage lost from my flight(which is already bad) and it was encountered at Emirates Airlines, it was explained later that it will be delievered to my place however from customs inspection that accured, I had to go to the airport when the luggage arrived. Due to the luggage lost, I had personal problems so I went to the airport and did the customs inspection but nothing went wrong. I asked the airport staff to call the ground staff of Emirates Airlines for the payment of the 2 way trip from the airport and back. They said that they will only pay one way trip because of the Emirate's policy. I couldn't agree with his statement so I decided to talk to the Emirates headquaters instead so I asked him for his name but he hide his name tag away from me and EVEN WENT TO CALL THE SECURITY that I was a SUSPICIOUS PERSON. From my experience from flying to many different countries, I believe that this was the worst experience I ever had with such rude staff. Very disappointing.
