I was checking for my flight to LHR from goa india the Rep was so rude and the skinny lady Rep also they were arguing About my luggage that its overweight and i have to pay extra for it as it crossed 30kg i asked him on ur website it says more than 40kg for econoi they said no wah i said check ur website he said no my phone has no net than he told me to screen my bag again as it was not sealed by the screener i sad its not my fault i told him u send ur staff and get my bag screened he send one guy and he was not ready to help me screeniy the bag he was just standing like a statue than i screened the bag myself and went back to checking bags the guy said i have to pay extra Rupee 6300.00i said no he said otherwise u take out the stuff or pay i said i will not take out as my family left he said than u have to pay i said ok as i dont want to throw my stuff i took my card to pay and he was going on swiping for at least half hour than he is telling me the machine has no net connection and he told me to go to atm and get cash such a harrowing experience so bad customer service i travel all over the world with all major airlines but never experienced anything like this before i told the guy i will never fly with this airline so rude and so harassing they talk in their own language they should speak English they dont have their name tags
