On the 5th of June 2014, BQB cancelled my flight without any notification beforehand. Due to their cancelled flight, I was left stranded for 2 nights and incurred accommodation and food expenses.
Despite promising that BQB staff would be there to address this expenses. Their office was closed.
I have emailed them regarding compensation, and they have ignored all my emails.
Do not fly with them! They are irresponsible and have zero accountability to their customers.
